Job Description
The IT Manager is responsible for all of Arapahoe Basin's in house IT/Computer help needs. Primary responsibilities include: maintenance of all IT Systems including RTP point of sale, lift access scanning, credit card processing, accounting, payroll, website, email, etc. The IT Manager is responsible for maintaining all IT Systems hardware including desktop computers, laptops, PDA’s, network equipment, wireless infrastructure, servers, email exchange server, web server, firewall, internet router, etc. Additional responsibilities include, ensuring adequate back ups for all Information Systems data, management of all IT Systems contractor agreements and maintaining procedural manuals for all major areas. Other duties as assigned. Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, and proven successfull interactions with a varierty of employees at various levels, will be a self-starter with time management skills.
Experience/Requirements
Computer Sciences Degree and/or a minimum of five years systems experience preferred. Microsoft and Cisco certifications.
