Wage 9.00 Posting Date 3/1/2014 Closing Date 3/15/2014 Job Description Arapahoe Basin Cooks assist guests with food orders, prepare and cook food in an open-window food court environment while providing exceptional customer service. Typical job duties include, but are not limited to: prepping and monitoring level of food items, cleaning and sanitizing work stations throughout the day, preparing food items as ordered by guests, shutting down and deep-cleaning work stations at the end of the day, washing dishes, and special event set up and tear down. Other duties as assigned. Successful candidates must be able to multi-task, process multiple orders while providing exceptional customer service. Experience/Requirements One year previous cooking experience required. Previous customer service experience preferred. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 30lbs. Additional Requirements Uniform provided. All food and beverage employees must maintain clean appearance, adhere to grooming standards, and provide their own approved non-slip footwear. Must provide outdoor attire to get to and from work station if hired for Black Mountain Lodge.
