Experience the tastes of the French countryside right on the Continental Divide.
This event is lift-served. Guests are welcomed to hike or snowshoe to and from mid-mountain.
$82 plus tax
Adult (ages 13+), price includes gratuity. Cash bar.
- Hors d'oeuvres: An Assortment of French Cheeses & Pate, Mini Quiche Lorraine, Chicken and Apple Sausage in Croissant, Rillette de Poissson (creamy fish spread), Tarte au Roquefort et Tomates (tomato tart with Roquefort)
- Soup & Salads: Crayfish Bisque, Salad de Savoie (savoy salad), Salade de Champignons, Celeris, et Fromage de Chevre (mushroom celery and goat cheese salad)
- Entrees: Bifteck Marchand de Vin (steak with Shallot Red Wine sauce), Celery Root, Parsnip and Salsify Puree
