Yoga on the Mountain

We're kicking off our Summer 2014 Events season with our popular Yoga on the Mountain. There is only one
session this summer and space is limited, so be sure to book early and tell your friends!
Invigorate your mind and body with our holistic hike, yoga and luncheon at Arapahoe Basin. Hike to mid-mountain for a one-hour yoga
session with instructor Allison Simson on the deck of the Black Mountain Lodge with sweeping vistas of the Continental Divide.
Afterward, enjoy a spa luncheon before hiking back down to the base area. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. The hike
begins at 9:00 a.m. at an elevation of 10,870 ft with a gain of 650 ft, and will
take approximately 30-45 minutes. Event is limited to 50 people
to ensure adequate attention from the instructor. This event is not lift-served.

There is NO LIFT ACCESS for this event
8:00 a.m.: Check-in begins in the Guest Services building
9:00 a.m.: Guided hike begins to Black Mountain Lodge
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.: Yoga session on the deck of Black Mountain Lodge (weather permitting)
11:00 a.m.: Spa luncheon in Black Mountain Lodge
Hike down afterward at your leisure
The guided hike up the Argentine-North Fork summer trail is approximately 30-45 minutes with a starting elevation of 10,800' and climbs to 11,500'.
This event is for humans only; please leave your four-legged friends at home.
Cancellations must be processed over the phone by Thursday, July 10, 2014, at 3:00 p.m. for a full refund; no refunds will be issued after that time.
