Bring your snowshoes and headlamps for 3 nights of great food prepared by Chef Christopher Rybak, libations and live entertainment. Each dinner has a different starting time, please check below for the starting time of your dinner.
A night in the french alps - april 24, 2010 - SOLD OUT

A full moon evening of French Cuisine with an assortment of hors d'oeuvres, lobster bisque and entrees from Cassoulet to Bourguignonne, to imported cheese and curred meats, accompanied by a selection of sweet bites and desserts paired with French wine and live music.
7:00pm-7:30pm - Ride the Exhibition Lift to Black Mountain Lodge. 7:00-9:00pm - Cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, dinner and dessert. 9:30pm - Snowshoe or hike down to the base area. You must snowshoe or hike down the mountain - skiing or snowboarding is not allowed. Please bring a headlamp or flashlight and snowshoes or hiking boots. Dress appropriately for winter conditions. Reservations are required. Ages 13+
Adult (Ages 13+) $55 plus tax. Cash bar. Children (Under 12 yrs) $35 plus tax.

An evening featuring Food of Northern Italy to include a large selection of Antipasti, and items such as Osso Bucco with Rosemary Polenta, Gnocchi with Peas and Prosciutto, and Venison with Forest Mushroom Risotto, all accompanied by Italian wines and live entertainment.

An eruption of Asian flavors and fare from sushi to dim sum and Jasmine rice to soba noodles this night will be full of the smells of stir fry and curries, along with a selection of Sake and music.
