Arapahoe Basin's CLOSING DAY is SUNDAY, JUNE 22, 2014. We will be open for skiing and riding June 20-22 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Go to our Summer Season page to see what terrain and services will be open during our last bonus weekend!


A-Basin will be CLOSED for regular operations Mondays through Thursdays starting June 2.

6/19/14: A-Basin will CLOSE for the 2013-14 ski and ride season on Sunday, June 22, 2014.

5/28/14: 5:00 pm The rock slide has been cleared and Hwy 6 is now open in both directions over Loveland Pass.  Business as usual.

5/28/14: East Wall status: The East Wall is closed for the season.

5/28/14: Molly Hogan/Pika Place status: The Molly Hogan Learning Area lift and terrain are closed for the season. The Pika Place Learning Area and carpet is also closed. Beginner terrain is limited to green runs accessible from the Black Mountain Express lift, and is not recommended for first-time skiers and riders.

5/20/14: Pallavicini lift and terrain are closed for the season.

5/18/14: Montezuma Bowl is currently OPEN. The western double black diamond terrain and the hike-back of Montezuma Bowl are closed for the season. Check out details and our snow conditions here. 

An important note about springtime terrain closures: Arapahoe Basin closely monitors the snowpack and the rapid changes that occur in the spring. These changes can and will lead to our terrain opening and closing based on temperatures and snow conditions. Terrain closures are determined on a daily basis by Ski Patrol, and are subject to change. Please see our Terrain Status page for the latest info!
