Group Rates

Arapahoe Basin makes planning your group outing easy!

  • To make a group reservation please download the Group Order Form below and either fax, e-mail or mail to Arapahoe Basin Group Sales. An Arapahoe Basin Group Specialist will contact you to confirm your reservation once it is received.

  • You MUST have a minimum of 12 people to qualify for group rates.

  • Groups requiring lessons or rentals must make reservations at least 72 hours in advance and submit all necessary forms.

  • Midweek Rates valid Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

  • Weekend/Holiday Rates valid Saturdays, Sundays and the following dates: 12/17/11 - 1/1/12, 1/13 - 1/16/12, 2/17- 2/20/12 and 3/24 - 4/22/12.

  • Catered lunches available, please call for more information.

*Minimum 6 people (maximum 40 rentals) in group must rent equipment to qualify for group rates. $2 Damage insurance is recommended and covers any damage to the equipment while it is in your possession. It does not cover theft or misuse. Adult helmets can be rented for an additional $7.
