Wedding and Event Venues

There are two different venues you can choose for your wedding or event; Black Mountain Lodge or The Legend's Cafe.

Black Mountain Lodge
Inside the mid-mountain lodge, high vaulted ceilings supported by immense raw cut timbers rise above the spacious dining room where towering windows offer you and your guests incomparable views of the Continental Divide. Outside, the lodge's spacious deck extends above the mountain terrain and is the perfect setting for you and your guests to enjoy light hors d'oeuvres or for you to hold your entire wedding ceremony - all at 11,550 feet above sea level. Black Mountain Lodge can cater up to 300 guests. 

The Legend's Cafe in the A-Frame
The true heart of A-Basin can be found in this alpine styled A-Frame. Large windows provide breath-taking views of the Continental Divide and Ten Mile Range. A tiered deck awaits outside offering the perfect view to watch the sun set over the mountain. This setting works remarkably well for those who are looking for an old time ski vibe. The Legend's Cafe can cater up to 350 guests.

Ceremony Site
Your ceremony will be held against one of Colorado's most majestic backdrops. Black Mountain Lodge offers a south facing deck with a mountainous backdrop, unique only to Colorado. The base area lodge provides an intimate outside venue on the second level, the choice between a valley or mountain setting is up to you.
