Our favorite photos of the 2021-22 winter season

We often struggle to describe this place. Not for lack of words but for too many. This is a mountain where one can never grow bored. With few cut runs and even fewer groomers, the seven distinct terrain areas of Arapahoe Basin are wild, variable, and playful. Precipitation, sun, and wind shape and reshape the areas of the mountain throughout our long winter, making A-Basin a place that will surprise and delight the exploratory, adventurous skier or rider for the full 9 months that we operate.

Instead of trying to further explain it, we will just show you. In no particular order, here are some of our photographer's favorite on-mountain snaps from the 2021-22 winter season. All credit to Ian Zinner.
