Our Moonlight Dinner series welcomes you to ski, snowshoe, or ride the lift under the stars to our mid-mountain lodge for a chef-prepared meal that will transport your taste buds to another part of the world. Join us February 4th for a night in The Rocky Mountains with live entertainment and stunning views.

  • Reservations are required. This will sell out quickly; our Moonlight Dinners are some of our most popular events. 
  • Check-in takes place between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. that evening in Guest Services. The 6th Alley Bar & Grill will be open for cocktails prior to the chairlift turning at 6:45 p.m. Dinner begins at 7:00 p.m.
  • Price includes tax and gratuity. Cash bar available. 

MENU

Hor d’Oeurves

  • Grilled Semi-Boneless Quail w/ maple-sage gastrique
  • Duck Confit w/ petite red potatoes and CO blackberry
  • Corn and Red Pepper Fritters w/ roasted red peppers and charred scallion aioli
  • Wild Mushroom Toast w/ roasted wild mushrooms, great harvest sourdough, gremolata
  • CO Lamb Lollipop w/ Palisade peach chutney

Soups and Salad

  • Spinach, Pickled Red Onions, Charred Corn,
  • Cheddar Cheese, Creamy Poblano Dressing
  • Grizzly Peak Bison Stew

  • Venison “Pot Pie” -- New Belgium Brewing 1554 braised venison shoulder, puff pastry
  • Coffee-Rubbed Elk Steak w/ sauce grand veneur
  • Potato Pavé -- confit potatoes, gruyere, chives
  • CO Rainbow Trout w/ mustard-dill butter
  • Toasted Wild Rice w/ slivered almonds and lemon
  • Slow Roasted Green Beans w/ garlic confit and chili flake
