Together, we have the power to save the powder
Join us for a fun demo-filled day at A-Basin!
During the Save Our Snow event, the base area transforms into a village where you can increase you knowledge about sustainability issues in our Green Village, demo a variety of different skis and snowboards, try some free samples, and even score some prizes in our raffle and silent auction. Proceeds from the Save Our Snow event will benefit the High County Conservation Center (HC3), a non-profit resource that promotes practical solutions for waste reduction and resource conservations in our mountain community.

HC3
Founded in 1976, the High Country Conservation Center (HC3) is Summit County’s go-to non-profit organization to promote practical solutions for waste reduction and resource conservation in our mountain community. With a vision to create a healthy planet through local action, HC3 reaches over 10,000 residents and visitors through programs that reduce greenhouse gas emissions (Summit County Climate Action Plan, Solarize Summit, EV Readiness Plan), increases recycling and educates K-12 students. HC3’s work helps residents save energy and water, supports businesses through our Resource Wise certification program.
