Supper Club: Prime Rib Night

Join us at Arapahoe Basin January 13, 2023, for some slow-cooked, garlic-crusted, melt-in-your-mouth Prime Rib.

Start the evening off with a cocktail, draft Colorado beer, or award-winning bloody Mary.

  • Slow Roasted Garlic Encrusted Prime Rib
    • Queen cut with twice baked potatoes, & balsamic and honey glazed Brussel sprouts
  • Dutch Apple Pie
    • Caramel, vanilla bean ice cream
