What lesson level are you?
Our ski, snowboard and telemark lessons can accommodate everyone from the "never ever" beginner to the black-diamond expert. So, what level is your skiing or riding? Check out our videos below to help you book the correct lesson for your level.
Skier Levels
First Time
It's your first time on skis! Or, it's been so long you'd like to start from the beginning.
Second or Third Time
Comfortable gliding on the easiest beginner trails. Learning to turn. Riding the beginner chairlift. Comfortable turning on the easiest beginner trails.
Green Beginner
Comfortable turning on the easiest beginner trails. Riding the mountain chairlift. Comfortable with turns on mountain green trails to control speed.
Blue Intermediate
Comfortable turning to control speed on green trails and easiest blue trails. Parallel turns some of the time. Comfortable turning to control speed on all groomed blue trails. Consistent parallel turns. Learning to vary turn shape and size.
Black Advanced or Expert
Comfortable turning to control speed on blue and groomed black trails. Learning to ski bumps, ungroomed surfaces and powder. Comfortable with dynamic turns on most black trails. Learning to ski fall line bumps, trees and steep trails.
Snowboarder Levels
First Time
It's your first time ever on a snowboard! Or, it's been so long you'd like to start from the beginning.
Second or Third Time
Comfortable riding heel and toe side on the easiest beginner trail. Riding the beginner chair lift.
Green Beginner
Comfortable turning on the easiest green trails. Riding the mountain chairlift. Comfortable turning to control speed on mountain green trails.
Blue Intermediate
Comfortable turning to control speed on green and easiest blue trails. Comfortable turning to control speed on all groomed blue trails. Learning to vary turn size and shape.
