Weekly sessions to center your body & mind

Arapahoe Basin offers twice-weekly yoga sessions throughout the summer to help you center your body and mind in a beautiful mountain setting. Check out our one-hour sessions on Fridays and Sundays, or register for Yoga on the Mountain which combines hiking, yoga and a luncheon at Black Mountain Lodge.


Friday & Sunday Sessions

A-Basin will host one-hour yoga sessions with a rotating cast of local teachers on Fridays and Sundays this summer! All participants receive 15% off lunch at the 6th Alley Bar & Grill (excludes alcohol). Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Space is limited; we recommend registering in advance when possible!

Yoga on the Mountain

Our Yoga on the Mountain events take place at the beautiful Black Mountain Lodge and include a guided hike, a one-hour yoga session and lunch at mid-mountain. Warm up with a 1.8 mile meditative hike from the base area to mid-mountain via the Argentine-North Fork Trail. Then, our professional instructor will lead you in a one-hour yoga session on the Black Mountain Lodge deck with unparalleled views of the Continental Divide. Afterward, enjoy a specially-prepared luncheon in Black Mountain Lodge.
