Tour FAQ

Everything you need to know to prep for your beautiful day.

Please check in at the rental shop at your reserved time.

Between 1 and 1.5 hours. Please arrive 15 minutes early to park and walk to the base area, where you will check in at our rental shop. The snowshoe self-guided tour is limited to 6 people starting the course at designated 20-minute intervals.

The course follows the eastern edge of the mountain's lower-half, frontside terrain. You will hike the mountain from approximately 11,500' to 10,800'. Look for the green, white, and orange snowshoe route markers to stay on course. Please know your surroundings as you share the mountain with skiers and snowboarders. The route takes you along the base of our famous East Wall, with a 13,000-foot peak rising directly to your right and views of the Continental Divide ahead.

Our package includes a lift ticket, the designated snowshoe route, snowshoes, and hiking poles.

Please arrive wearing winter boots, snow pants, a jacket, gloves, a hat, and sunglasses. Your shoes and pants should be waterproof. We recommend sturdy winter snow boots that at least go over your ankle. (No running/gym shoes, Crocs, or open-toed footwear will be allowed.) We recommend you bring layers as our mountain weather can change quickly. Note the forecast and dress accordingly for 11,500 feet!
