I went for a nice wander over in the Standard, Radical, Scudder, No Name, 13 Cornices zone. The views in all directions are exceptional. It is a place I frequently see deer, although not this time. Walking through there, it is easy to understand why the area is so much fun to ski in the winter. Winter, summer, nooks, crannies, skis, snowboards, bikes, hiking boots - there is so much to see and explore at The Basin.
