The same no-frills ethos that defined The Basin decades ago still shapes how we operate today. To celebrate, join us for some of our fan-favorite events and some all new parties. 

 

Friday: 

7:30 & 8:30 AM - Uphill and Chill at BML

Skin or snowshoe to Black Mountain Lodge before lift hours for a delicious, chef-prepared breakfast! This event has been very popular and will sell out.

 

Saturday: 

8:00 AM - 3 PM - All Day Demos

Demo the latest ski and snowboard equiptment for FREE.99 all day in the Base Area. Just bring your ID and you're ready to go.

 

2 PM - 5 PM - Don Fuego at The 6th Alley

Apres party in the Legendary 6th Alley! Party with the locals, celebrate 80 years of good vibes, and cheers to the turns still ahead.

 

7 PM - 10:30 PM - 80th Birthday Celebration

A classic Black Mountain Lodge Moonlight Dinner, but with lots to celebrate. Skin, snowshoe, or ride the lift up to midmountain for a multi-course, chef prepared meal. Don't miss the premiere of our 80th anniversary film, 80th celebration gifts, and the burying of our A-Basin time capsule. Vintage ski wear encouraged!
