HC3
Founded in 1976, the High Country Conservation Center (HC3) is Summit County’s go-to non-profit organization to promote practical solutions for waste reduction and resource conservation in our mountain community. With a vision to create a healthy planet through local action, HC3 reaches over 10,000 residents and visitors through programs that reduce greenhouse gas emissions (Summit County Climate Action Plan, Solarize Summit, EV Readiness Plan), increases recycling and educates K-12 students. HC3’s work helps residents save energy and water, supports businesses through our Resource Wise certification program.
Moonstone Quill
Moonstone Quill’s music seamlessly blends bluegrass, rock, and country into a plugged-in Americana sound. Formed in 2020 by founding members Dan Shukis and Nate Spencer in Breckenridge, CO, the band has quickly gained recognition for its ability to merge traditional genres and styles with modern sonic experimentation.
