How To Redeem:
Visit our Guest Services office to pick up your BasinCard for lift access and your bike pass. All benefits are available as vouchers that load into your online store account. To redeem your vouchers, please log into your account at store.arapahoebasin.com. Vouchers will become redeemable as summer activities open for the season.

2026/27 Pass FAQ
You can reuse your A-Basin or Ikon Pass from last season! We ask that you do to help us save plastic and postage. Otherwise, you can select at check out to have your pass mailed to you or you can pick it up in person at our Guest Services office. Guest Services is open from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. daily.
If you are purchasing an Adaptive Pass, the purchaser must provide our Guest Service office with an official document from their physician that says they are eligible for an adaptive pass at the time of pickup. Documents do not need to indicate the nature of the disability.
For the 26/27 winter season, we will have a parking reservation system in place on weekends during peak season. Exact dates TBD. A parking reservation will be in every lot. Same as last season, a limited number of parking passes will be available for purchase ahead of the season. More information to come.
Ikon Pass has unlimited access at A-Basin. NEW for the 26/27 winter season: Ikon Base Pass holders have unlimited access to A-Basin streamlining access for all kinds of Ikon Pass holders here at A-Basin.

Login to your account at store.arapahoebasin.com to redeem your A-Basin discount friends & family tickets and Ikon friends & family tickets.
Friends & family tickets may also be redeemed in person at our Guest Services office.
We will re-print your A-Basin or Ikon Pass for free one time. After the first time, there will be a $5 charge each time you need your pass to be re-issued.
You must be 70+ years old at the time of purchase to qualify for a senior pass.
In most cases, yes. You can apply what you spent on a a different pass to an A-Basin Season Pass for the same season but ONLY IF the A-Basin Season Pass is still available. You will pay whatever the pass price is at the time of your upgrade. Only valid in the same season.
